Our production lines are fully automated, capable of producing thousands of bottles per hour with incredible consistency. From the initial gob forming to the final cooling in the lehr, every step is monitored by advanced sensors.
Quality Control
Speed does not come at the cost of quality. Our automated inspection machines scan every single bottle for defects such as air bubbles, uneven wall thickness, or finish irregularities. Only bottles that meet our strict “Super Flint” standards make it to the packing area.
Sustainable Practices
